Originally from the West Midlands, Louise moved to Sheffield briefly before settling in South East London. It was here her passion for property really started when she purchased her first development project close to the new Crossrail Elizabeth Line (opening in 2022) in 2013. Louise originally trained as a professional artist before pursuing a career in creative arts marketing in the charitable arts sector.

Who we are
Amplus Properties Limited is a supported housing management and procurement company based in Greenwich, South East London. We aim to give back to local communities by providing safe homes for vulnerable people.
What we do
We provide homes for those who are being assisted through supported housing schemes. We take on properties of all sizes from studio flats and HMOs, through to larger blocks of units. We ensure any property we take on meets the necessary standards and compliance requirements and in some instances, we may invest our own funds into a property to ensure it meets our tenants' needs.
What is supported housing?
Supported housing offers varying levels of assistance to tenants and includes housing, support and sometimes care services as an integrated support package. Support can be short-term/transitional and this is designed to help people to develop the necessary skills to live independently within mainstream, general needs housing. Long-term schemes offer ongoing care or support to help a person live independently.

Adam’s roots also lie in the West Midlands but has had strong ties to London for several years as a signalling design engineer contractor. He has been a Director of a number of companies during his career as a signalling engineer and project manager and Adam’s skills offer a unique attention to detail to ensure projects run smoothly.
