Louise manages the day-today operations of the business. She began investing in South East London back in 2013 when she bought her first property
near to the then imminent Crossrail. It subsequently became her first buy-to-let investment which she still owns today.

She has completed property training with Progressive Property, HMO Platform and Property Strategy amongst others. She continues her education through a number of professional property networks, events and ongoing training.

Louise originally trained as a professional artist, selling her artwork internationally whilst pursuing a career in marketing in the charitable Arts sector working in both Birmingham and London.

Her experience in marketing, publishing and advertising has equipped her with a strong eye for detail and the ability to plan and manage multiple projects. Her creative background brings a unique creativity to property investing.

Adam has been a Director of a number of companies during his 20 year career as a signalling design engineer, verifier and project manager.

Adam’s skills offer a unique and meticulous attention to detail which supports Louise in the day-to- day operations of the business.

When he’s not working on UK wide rail projects, he continues to support Louise as they build their business together.
